AURION-Polito/PolyDiM

Build PolyDiM Examples/Elliptic_PCC_2D from the top-level CMake project and run it (FEM_PCC patch test, MethodType 0, MethodOrder 1, TestType 1, MeshGenerator 1) producing Csv/Errors, Csv/Solution and Paraview/.vtu exports.
