    What we checked

Does it run from the README?Not tested. The run

ModFinder is a Windows-only WPF app with no headless/CLI mode; ManifestUpdater is a CI-only updater requiring secret API tokens and writing uploads. Also, Resources.resx references 'resources/' with lowercase while the directory is 'Resources', which breaks case-sensitive Linux builds.
