Agent-reported additional finding (agent-reported): To exercise the full runner round-trip, supply a dedicated throwaway mailbox (IMAP/SMTP + app password) and run runner/install.py or create config.json from runner/config.example.json, then run runner.py --once --dry-run and a ping job.
