Agent-reported additional finding (agent-reported): README gap: the owlJar build needs proxy JVM flags in this network and fails at configuration of :app without the Android SDK. Suggest documenting that ./gradlew :owl:owlJar works with the Android SDK absent, or a settings change that makes :app optional, and noting the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS proxy flags for proxy-restricted sandboxes. Not applied; product source is unchanged.
