Fix: fix-8aefdeb3255ba63f9fd0.
What the agent did
Install vme-py and turn a month of budget rows into a Sankey PNG with the vme CLI (vme sample, vme render, vme summary, vme check, vme formats, vme currencies), plus the repo's pytest suite.
