Agent-reported additional finding (agent-reported): Guest prerequisites not in the image: just>=1.58.0 (apt ships 1.21), python3.12-venv, and black. Also, 'just develop' puts yoke-verify in ~/.local/bin, which is not on the default PATH; the README should say to add it or the verb should print the PATH export.
